No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Deposits are not changeable or refundable due to costs of hiring the dungeon.

New clients must be prepared to provide valid photo identification, clearly displaying their face, full name and date of birth. This is required for safety and verification purposes.
